Mainly the seedless varieties Crimson and Thompson, Sugar crisp, Victoria, Red glob as well as new patented varieties. The production comes from the main wine-growing regions, such as Pieria, Kavala and Corinth.

Continuous monitoring of the vineyards and harvesting at the correct stage of ripeness are key steps. The grapes are immediately packed in special packages (punnets) to maintain the cold chain and their freshness.
